1 April 2007 As promised, your 2007 AWDF results have been completed and are now posted on the Competitors page. I have also added the trophy list at the top of the Competitors page for easy viewing. This has been a great event! While the weather did not fully cooperate, things went very well. Farmington High School could not have been better, both the people and the facilities. Because they had a nice press box, with electricity, I was able to keep my computer files updated as the trial went on. That allowed me to keep all of you folks updated with scores nightly. The protection judge, Nathaniel Roque, felt that the field was excellent. That sentiment was also echoed by Markus Neutz, the obedience judge, as well. People were very pleased that the majority of tracking was only 1 mile from the host hotel, the farthest tracking was for the IPO1's and IPO2's, but it was only 12 miles away. I want to thank all that worked so hard to make this event a reality. 31 March 2007 Everyone was in a hurry today to beat out the rain. It worked!! Everyone stayed dry. Check out the Competitors page for the latest in scores. We should be finished by early afternoon tomorrow. However, I do not have an internet connection at this time, so scores will not get posted until very late afternoon tomorrow. 30 March 2007 The first full day of the trial has been completed. We had three dogs pulled today due to various problem, none of them serious. We also had a brief bout of heavy rain during our last flight of protection for the day. Interesting to note that that flight had the highest score for a protection flight for the day. Things are running smooth and we look forward to a full day tomorrow.
